We have worked extensively with HR Alliances to assist us in identifying training needs by needs analysis, developing and delivering classroom training for all of our government computer users; end user and technical. Our region has 38 points of service and all required assistance.

HRA Consultant worked closely with us to develop customized training programs, from our basic end user to very technical advanced level program requirements. In particular, as a manager I appreciated her approach of providing regular intervals of feedback, either by means of formal evaluation or informal, but specifically her requirement for our feedback was important her because she consistently implemented changes based on evaluation outcomes.
